Thomas McDonald is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Jaguar Growth Partners. Headquartered in Miami with affiliated offices in Latin America and Asia, Jaguar Growth Partners (“JGP” or “Jaguar”) is a privately-held investment management firm focused on real estate companies and operating platforms. Jaguar is distinguished by a partner-centric, highly active and collaborative approach to investing, optimizing value and achieving liquidity. Jaguar currently manages two funds focused on Latin America, and two specific investment activities in the US. Portfolio companies are in five countries, and across multiple property sectors ranging from logistic and corporate property to retail, healthcare and hospitality.

In addition to his role at CHP, Mr. McDonald is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Logistics Properties of the Americas (NYSE: LPA) and a Director of Bresco, OPEA, Hoteles City Express (BMV: HCITY). He was previously a Director of Aliansce Shopping Centers (BZ: ALSC3), Vesta (BMV: VESTA), Gafisa (NYSE: GFA), BR Malls (BZ: BRML3), Tenda (BZ: TNDA3), Homex (NYSE :HXM), Parque Arauco (SNSE: PARAUCO). From 1999-2012, Mr. McDonald was Chief Strategic Officer of Equity International.

Mr. McDonald is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, graduated from the University of Notre Dame and received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
