As CEO, Philip leads CHP’s overall operation and strategic efforts. With over 20 years of experience working in Colombia, the U.S. and other geographies, Philip’s career has focused on managing private equity investment vehicles and consulting on healthcare insurance and provider strategy, finance, and operations.

Prior to joining CHP’s founding team, Philip excelled at Deloitte Consulting in the United States, where he led projects for some of the largest hospitals and insurers in that country. In addition, he advised private equity clients and companies in sectors such as energy and manufacturing as a consultant with Denneen & Company, a strategy consulting firm, where he significantly expanded its portfolio of industries and clients.

Previously, Philip founded a company focused on the healthcare sector and was involved in public health research focused on infectious disease modeling and the development of HIV vaccine clinical trials in Hong Kong, Rwanda and Colombia.

Philip is a mathematician with an emphasis in finance from Duke University and holds an MS in Health Management from Harvard University.
