With over 40 years of experience in the financial, investment banking, and healthcare sectors, Mitchell is the Managing Principal of Alton Health Advisors LLC, a healthcare investment consultancy in the United States. He is also a Senior Consultant to the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Raymond James Associates, a New York Stock Exchange-listed financial services firm.

Mitchell has extensive experience and has held senior executive roles as an investment banker and financial advisor at Shattuck Hammond Partners, Cain Brothers, and Salomon Brothers, leading the completion of debt and equity transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions, totaling over USD 10 billion.

His academic background includes both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree, with a concentration in International Relations, from The Johns Hopkins University, as well as a JD from Columbia University School of Law in the United States.
