Germán Rojas is a partner and co-founder of Kiruna Capital Partners (KCP), with 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. He has been key in the development of real estate investment vehicles in Colombia, standing out as co-manager of Skandia’s CPA Real Estate Fund, General Manager of PEI Asset Management, the first real estate investment vehicle in Colombia and Country Manager of TC Latam until 2013.

Prior to joining Terranum, he worked at AIG Global Real Estate and KBS Realty Advisors in New York, participating in transactions in the United States and Mexico.

Germán is Chairman of the Board of Colombian Healthcare Properties and a member of the Investment Committee of FICI Desarrollo Colombia. His academic background includes a degree in architecture from Universidad Javeriana and two master’s degrees from Columbia University.
